Safety Information

The Company Safety Plan was enacted with the use of hard hats, safety glasses, steel toe boots, as well as proper safety harnesses and tie off for lifts, as well as being aware of and using the proper GFCI’s on cords and checking the condition of tools before and after each workday to ensure proper operation so as no injuries would occur because of use. Enacted COVID-19 Safety Regulations for the duration of the project.

Project Summary

Existing Hardwood Floor on 2nd Floor was patched and refinished with new pinewood flooring added on the 3rd Floor and sand & finished to match the existing. 1st Floor received all new LVT. The Reception Area’s desk, credenza and back wall were clad with Laminam Porcelain Panels. All restroom floors and walls were tiled, as were the backsplashes. Eleven different styles of tile were used in all with the Stair Tower receiving 24 x 24 porcelain tile with an antique appeal. Carpet tile areas included the Conference Room, Open Office and Lobby gathering spot. Rubber base was used at wood flooring, LVT and carpet areas.
