Project Scope

Furnish and Install large format porcelain panels with Dilex base and La Marca Picco Calactta Mosaic floor tile in the public restrooms. Furnish and install Patcraft Admix Resilient 36” x 36” tile in three coordinating colors. Furnish and install Prestige Ultra Plank Acacia LVT, Patcraft Textile Techniques Interlock Suede Bronze 12×48 carpet tile, and Patcraft Inspired Enliven Noteworthy 18×36 carpet tile. Refinish 100+ year old parquet floors.

Completion Time

The scope was completed in 12 months.

Safety Information

The Company Safety Plan was enacted with the use of hard hats, safety glasses, steel toe boots, as well as proper safety harnesses and tie off for lifts, as well as being aware of and using the proper GFCI’s on cords and checking the condition of tools before and after each workday to ensure proper operation so as no injuries would occur because of use.

Project Summary

Large format porcelain tile from Atlas were used to clad the Bathroom walls with coordinating mosaic tile for the bathroom floors. The Patcraft Admix Reslient was installed in the auditorium with Sand Dollar as the field tile with an accent pattern of the Dove Shell and Shark’s Tooth resilient. Prestige Ultra Plank LVT was installed in the National Guard Suite. Patcraft Inspired Collection Enlivened Noteworthy was installed throughout the building with a coordinating Patcraft Textile Technique carpet tile Suede Bronze. Demo discovery we found beautiful parquet wood flooring that was refinished to match new finishes.
