Safety Information

The Company Safety Plan was enacted with the use of hard hats, safety glasses, steel toe boots, as well as proper safety harnesses and tie off for lifts, as well as being aware of and using the proper GFCI’s on cords and checking the condition of tools before and after each workday to ensure proper operation so as no injuries would occur because of use.

Project Summary

To completely retrofit and renovate the First, Third, Fifth and Sixth Floors. Total square footage was thirty-three thousand square feet. We removed all existing wall covering and flooring in the offices, lobbies, conference rooms, library, breakrooms. JJ Carpet Tile was used at the 5th and 6th floor conference rooms and library. Mohawk Carpet Tile was used in the offices and common corridors. Mohawk LVT was used in the 1st and 3rd floor conference rooms and 3rd ,5th, and 6th floor breakrooms. Shaw Carpet Tile was Installed at the 6th floor lobby ashlar pattern. Marazzi porcelain tile was installed on the 5th floor stairwell, six floor reception area, bridges, and focal wall, herringbone pattern. Daltile Stria Composer was used as a backsplash at 1st floor bar. New Wallcovering was installed throughout the Lobby, common corridors, and conference rooms.
