Safety Information

The Company Safety Plan was enacted with the use of hard hats, safety glasses, steel toe boots, as well as proper safety harnesses and tie off for lifts, as well as being aware of and using the proper GFCI’s on cords and checking the condition of tools before and after each workday to ensure proper operation so as no injuries would occur because of use. Enacted COVID-19 Safety Regulations for the duration of the project.

Project Summary

Schluter Shower Systems were installed, then Clad in Ceramic Techniques Porcelain tile with Schluter Metal Trim along with Interface Carpet Tile and LVT in all the Guest Rooms. Wood flooring was installed throughout the lobby with tile accents. Lobby columns were clad in thin stone panels. The Spa, 19th Hole, and Fitness Center were completed with a combination of hard tile, glass mosaic, LVT, rubber flooring, wood flooring and carpet tile. Quartz Slabs were used to fabricate Custom Bars, Reception Desks and Counter-tops. Custom Tai-Ping Axminister carpet was installed throughout the Convention Center. Finally, the Rooftop Bar was completed with hard flooring and column wraps. Custom book-matched quartzite slabs were used to clad the bar.
