Vernon is one of the longest-tenured associates at CraftCroswell starting with us in 1996. His permanent smile is a welcomed sight every day both to his associates as well as to the many customers he encounters on deliveries. Always cooperative, always ready to be of great help, Vernon personifies the CraftCroswell mission to offer a high standard of excellence in performance and customer service.
Larry Brown
Director of Warehouse Operations
Larry has a degree in accounting from Hinds Community College. He and his beautiful wife of 36 years have four lovely daughters and 11 grandchildren. Larry has been working in the flooring business for 32 years. In his spare time, Larry enjoys working in his flower beds. His life goal is helping others discover their enter strength and power.
Christopher Bounds
Warehouse Manager
On average, CraftCroswell has over $1M of purchased merchandise to pass through the warehouse in any given month. Chris handles the daily challenges associated with the receiving, posting, and coordinating deliveries that are vital and key to the success of CraftCroswell’s operation. Chris served in the Army for over 15 years and has participated in two deployments to the Middle East. He has a handsome son of 8 years and enjoys following him as he plays Select Travel Baseball. Enjoys video games and hanging with friends.
Warren Wells
Warehouse Manager
Warrens joins Chris in coordinating and handling all aspects of the warehouse duties including, but not limited to receiving, storing, issuing, maintaining inventory, and scheduling deliveries. He has an Associate’s degree in Applied Science from Hinds Community College. Warren has one daughter with one grandson and another on the way. He has been with CraftCroswell since August of 2019. Warren is a veteran and has served in the United States Air Force, participating in Desert Storm. Warren enjoys taking time to relax and having cookouts with family and friends.
Billy Hester
Director of Field Operations
Billy came to CraftCroswell via the acquisition of Commercial Flooring in 2019. Billy refined his skills in the installation of all types of materials and in the supervision of multiple installation teams until today where he coordinates and provides management oversight in our field operations. His proficiencies and administration contributions have rendered a more unified and highly honed field operation system for the company. In his off hours, Billy enjoys his two daughters and a grandson and spending time working on his Classic Jeep.
Wade Hester
Logistics
Wade is our newest employee in warehouse operations. His work ethics are second to none and he always has the best attitude. In his spare time, Wade enjoys fishing and spending time with his family. He is currently coaching his son’s baseball team.
