Bob Croswell
President, Co-Founder
As a co-founder of CraftCroswell, Bob serves as its President. He works directly with our project managers, estimators, and operations to administrate all commercial business development. Bob enjoys interacting with his clients and actively overseeing large intricate projects. Bob is a gifted athlete, making All State in high school in both Baseball and Basketball. He continued playing four years as a baseball letterman at Mississippi State and as an All-American, ultimately included as a member of the MSU Sports Hall of Fame. After 5 years with the New York Mets organization he returned to Jackson to serve as player/coach of the Jackson Double A team. Bob is married to his bride, Connie, of 50-years. They enjoy spending time with the families of their daughter and son and the 5 grandchildren. Bob loves to play golf, hunt, travel and enjoy the company of his precocious Labrador, Belle.
Bill Croswell
Executive Vice President, Co-Founder
As a co-founder of CraftCroswell, founded in 1973, Bill handles many of the “back of the house” duties for the company, including the oversight and management of the residential side of the operation. Bill brings over 47 years of applied knowledge that actively serves in helping our clients resolve challenges and determine best product application for varied installation conditions. Bill is a graduate of Millsaps College, with an MBA from LSU. He has also traveled extensively, living abroad to further expand his education. During his life, Bill has been active in many various Boards, Committees, and industry organizations over the years helping better his community and the flooring industry. Bill co-founded and more recently served as Chairman of the Board of Starnet Flooring Partnership, a buying cooperative that has expanded in North America with over 180 members in 340 locations with over $2 Billion in floor covering sales annually. Bill is married to his life-long love, O’Hara, and they have one daughter and two grandchildren. Bill loves traveling, telling stories and playing golf.
Craig Miller
Chief Operations Officer
Craig has been with CraftCroswell since 2010. As part of the management team, Craig helped coordinate and develop the field operations and installation efforts throughout our multi-State footprint. His experience in large commercial project management has proven invaluable to the continued growth of CraftCroswell. Craig and his wife, Steff, enjoy spending most of their free time participating in the very active sports lives of their two children. Craig presently serves as a commissioner of the North West Rankin Athletic Association.
Belinda Goza
Vice President Business Development & Coastal Operations

Belinda is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and has been with the company since 2016. Since May 2023, she has lead business development and coastal operations. She regularly interacts with suppliers, architects, designers, building owners, facility management and general contractors. Belinda is known for her organizational skills, dependability, and her ability to meet project schedules and stay within budget. She loves helping clients select the most sustainable options whether it be floor covering, wall covering, paint, tile and stone, or countertops. Belinda is married with two grown children and five grandsons. She is an active member of the ABC, AGC and BOMA. She loves family time, boating and going on beach trips.
