Project Scope

Furnish and install custom patterned carpeting in the main dining room and bar, and adjacent meeting rooms. New large format marble tile installed in main hall next to fully. Refinished existing pine floors. Newly designed custom bar quartz slab tops installed in main Bar. Furnished new furniture and drapery to complete the renovation.

The full job was completed in 6 months.

Safety Information

The Company Safety Plan was enacted with the use of hard hats, safety glasses, steel toe boots, as well as proper safety harnesses and tie off for lifts, as well as being aware of and using the proper GFCI’s on cords and checking the condition of tools before and after each workday to ensure proper operation so as no injuries would occur because of use. Enacted COVID-19 Safety Regulations for the duration of the project.

Project Summary

Having done the existing building new nearly 20 years ago, all the new finishes provided a stunning update, using brighter lighter colors to bring in sunlight. The custom carpeting really elevated the style in the dining rooms with new furniture as well.

Newly refinished old heart pine floors pulled all the old with the new. Custom rugs were used in the foyer with new furniture with new drapery throughout the renovation. Replacing the old 12 x 12 porcelain tile with large scale tile completed the update and the membership is quite pleased. The redesigned bar was in need of lighter slab tops noting the modern day use of Quartzite to fight stains and acids. Everything pulled together was a modern day club for River Hills that will stand the test of time.
