Hunter began with CraftCroswell in 1999 working in the warehouse while still in high school. He graduated from the University of Mississippi and returned to CraftCroswell where he has advanced in his career becoming a highly successful commercial project manager. Hunter performs the full spectrum of project development and day to day management for mainly commercial installations. In his off time, he enjoys dining out and going boating with his friends; however, Hunter’s penchant is learning all aspects about distinctive automobiles.

Krista has been with Craft Croswell for 30 plus years working directly with Bobby Croswell and Steve Powlett. She and her husband Danny have recently moved to the MS Gulf Coast where they are making their forever home. She has transitioned to senior project coordinator for our Gulfport office assisting Sid Newell and Belinda Goza. Krista and her husband Danny enjoy hiking, gardening, beautiful sunsets as well as the festive atmosphere of the Coast.
Sid Newell
Commercial Estimator

A graduate of Berry College, with an MDIV from NOBTS, Sid has been with CraftCroswell since January 2020. Over his career, he has worked for six different flooring companies in Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Sid wears several hats as a vital resource for the company. He supports our estimating department as well as handles projects in the field. He has a wealth of product knowledge and is our “go-to-guy” for such. He has also pastored several churches being full-time and by-vocational. Sid is married with a son, a daughter, and four grandchildren. He loves spending time outdoors and working in his woodshop.
Jordan Perry
Lead Commercial Estimator

Jordan joined CraftCroswell in 2012 as an estimator. He has taken lead in this role handling digital takeoffs of commercial projects and working closely with project managers compiling project bids. Jordan is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Science. He and his wife, Briana, have two girls Ann Parker and Campbell. With their expanded family they will continue to enjoy grilling out and spending time with family and friends.
Anna Leggett
Project Coordinator & Commercial Interior Designer

An essential part of our commercial team, Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Mississippi State University. Returning to her native Mississippi, she has over 16 years of experience in Commercial and Residential design, formerly specializing in the Senior Living and Hospitality sectors. She works directly with Bobby Croswell and Steve Powlett. In her spare time, Anna enjoys cooking, reading, and being out on the water.
Jaci Gomillion

Jaci is an invaluable project member on the Commercial team since 2008. She works directly with Hunter Black and Craig Miller as well as coordinates many technical aspects for the betterment of the administration of the office functionality. A transplant from Reno, Nevada, Jaci is married and enjoys her extended family of children and grandkids. On her free time, Jaci and her husband break out to set up camp and spend time enjoying the outdoors.

Kat oversees Residential Purchasing and assists with Commercial Project Management. She has 4 years of inventory management and ordering experience. Kat graduated from Mississippi College in 2020, with a degree in interior design. She has been married to her husband, Michael, for six years. Her hobbies include puzzles, traveling and completing craft projects. She also enjoys spending time with her 2 cats and dog.
Whitnie McGee

Whitnie has a communication degree from Mississippi State University and a secondary education degree from The University of Mississippi. Most of her professional career has been spent in retail management and marketing. She is married to Richard, and they have a little boy, Porter, who is the absolute love of their lives. They also have a beloved Pomeranian, Prince, and a precious rescue dog , Phyllis (affectionately named after Phyllis from The Office). When Whitnie isn’t chasing Porter around in the backyard, she enjoys spending her time at church, boating with her family, and enjoying the occasional girl’s night out with her best friends.

Jay joined Craft Croswell in September 2024 and has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial general construction industry. Jay has experience developing projects from initial concept, through preconstruction and into the construction phase. His experience includes ecclesiastical, hospitality, institutional, gaming and industrial projects. His hobbies include in-shore fishing and deer hunting and take every opportunity, along with his wife, to visit his daughter, son-in-law and grandson in Colorado..

Introducing our newest assistant project manager down at our Gulfport office, Rebecca Olivieri. Rebecca has 17 years of experience in assistant management and estimating. She is very meticulous with her work which is important to keep jobs running smoothly. Her Oversight of budgets reflect her dedication to deliver projects efficiently and effectively within financial constraints. Rebecca has been married to her husband for 15 years and they share two adorable pug pups, Winston, and Leo. In her down time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, boating, and going to her favorite vacation spot, Destin.
