Safety Information

The Company Safety Plan was enacted with the use of hard hats, safety glasses, steel toe boots, as well as proper safety harnesses and tie off for lifts, as well as being aware of and using the proper GFCI’s on cords and checking the condition of tools before and after each workday to ensure proper operation so as no injuries would occur because of use.

Project Summary

Tandus 6’ Powerbond carpet was used in the office area on the 7th floor installed in alternating 6’ stripes of a solid and a pattern. Custom cut and colored Zandur Rubber/Cork Flooring was used to create the pattern in the Fitness Room on the 21st Floor. Custom reclaimed hardwood was used in the suites and first floor restaurant, including custom made thresholds and Stair-nosing. Owner provided Durkan patterned carpet was installed in the guestrooms and suites. Woven Axminister wool carpet by Innovative Carpets was installed in the Pre-function, Ballrooms, and meeting rooms on the 20th floor. The same pattern but in different scales was used to create a different feeling in each room. Durkan LVT was installed in the Spa Treatment Rooms on the 21st Floor.
